Monthly report and controls
The monthly report and controls are not available yet. The Monthly report page, its email delivery and the control tools of an AI assistant connected to Teramot are all switched off for now. This page describes how they work once they open.
Controls
A control is a question you want answered the same way every month — for example “total revenue per region”. Teramot re-reads it every month and tells you when the answer stops holding.
A control starts as a candidate and is re-checked only once someone confirms it. Working with controls needs the Admin role.
Each month a control gets one verdict: As expected, Degraded, Broken or Inconclusive.
The monthly report
Where: Operations → Monthly report in the sidebar → the Report tab, then a month in the month picker at the top. Re-generate sits at the right of the month picker; only Admins and Owners see it.
Open Monthly report in the sidebar and pick a month, with the list or the arrows beside it. A report is saved on the 1st of each month for the month that just ended, and anyone in the workspace can read it:
- This month at a glance — a summary, marked AI-written when it is generated.
- Health score — how many controls still hold, and how much of your data they cover.
- Your controls — each control and its verdict, most urgent first.
- What Teramot detected — changes Teramot noticed in your data during the month.
- Team activity — questions asked, tables used, active people.
- Some periods weren’t monitored — gaps in the month that the report cannot vouch for.
- Technical details — the raw data behind the report.
Admins can Re-generate a month.
Who receives it by email
Where: Operations → Monthly report → the Email delivery tab: Workspace delivery, and beside it Your delivery. Only Admins and Owners can change the first; everyone else sees it read-only.
Workspace delivery (Admins and Owners):
- Recipients — up to 20 email addresses. With nobody listed, the report is only readable in the app.
- Alert when a control breaks — a mid-month alert.
- Email language — Spanish or English.
Your delivery is each person’s own switch, and it wins: switched off, you are skipped even if your address is listed. The unsubscribe link at the foot of every report email sets the same switch.
The BI digest is a second, opt-in monthly email with the values of the confirmed controls and how they moved. A listed person receives it only after consenting from their own delivery switch.
