Administration

The pages below need the Admin role, except Settings, which is personal.

Audit Logs

Where: Advanced → Audit Logs in the sidebar, with a project open. It is greyed out for roles below Admin.

Audit Logs shows who changed what in the project, and when: When, Who, Action, Target and Status for each change, including changes made by the agent or a connected AI assistant, by an API key, or by a scheduled refresh. Filter by Category (project, members, sources, files, results tables, dashboards, refreshes, knowledge, data shares, schedules and more), Status and date range.

Entries cover the last 90 days. Under heavy load a small number of entries may be dropped, so this is an activity record rather than a certified audit trail.

Credits

Where: Advanced → Credits in the sidebar, once your workspace’s plan bills in credits. Export CSV is next to the date-range picker at the top of the page.

Credits shows what the workspace’s AI agent used, and who used it, in credits: Credits used this month against what your plan includes, with Top up in Billing; Credits per day; and the same credits By person and By project, over a preset range or a Custom one. Export CSV downloads the credits per day and person. The page is hidden for other roles, because it breaks spending down by person.

Data Egress

Where: Operations → Data Egress in the sidebar, with a project open; greyed out for roles below Admin. To set up a member: User Management tab → Set up on their row (Manage once their access is active).

Data Egress lets admins give the project’s members — the workspace’s members and anyone added only to this project — direct access to its tables from outside Teramot, without adding anyone to the workspace. Activate a member, then switch on the tables they can read from any app that connects over ODBC. The Connection data tab lists the values they fill in, in the order the driver asks for them; Copy all fields copies them as a message ready to send. Connect over ODBC goes through it step by step, on both sides.

Settings

Where: your avatar at the top right of the header → Settings.
